Marybeth Foster, Executive Director, Iowa Credit Union Foundation
Marybeth Foster joined the Iowa Credit Union Foundation as its first full-time executive director in October 2007. Prior to joining ICUF, Foster served as the Director of Development and Marketing for the Institute for Social & Economic Development in Iowa, later known as Iowans for Social & Economic Development. 

In that role, Foster assisted with the outreach strategies and marketing of ISED’s IDA program. Foster also served as a county extension director for Iowa State University Extension and was responsible for all management and oversight of the local Extension office, including program design and implementation. She also worked as a program director for State Public Policy Group, a for-profit policy consulting firm, working in the areas of the medically underserved, systems change in the disability community, and economic development. Foster has a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Kansas and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Iowa State University.
